The liturgies, music, scriptures, and rituals of Holy Week are unparalleled in our Catholic faith and traditions. I look forward to seeing you at the inspiring liturgies of Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Vigil/Easter Morning as we reground ourselves each year in the amazing story of our Salvation.
Our whole life revolves around the Suffering, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ…and these holy days help us deepen our relationship to Jesus. The life, example, and Gospel of Jesus is the basis for our Mission as Catholic Christians. It is the center of our own mission here at St. Clare Parish.
SPECIAL INVITATION!! To keep us centered on the Mission of Jesus, I am inviting and encouraging every parishioner to join us for a morning of Mission and Prayer on April 13, 9:00-12:00 (save the date!)
My goal of this prayer morning is for all volunteers and all parishioners to see the connection between Jesus’ Mission of love and service…and our own service of God and others in our ministries at St. Clare. Father Pat McDevitt, our presenter, is a Vincentian priest nationally known for his passion on the Church’s Mission.
