Return Gifts by Dec. 15
Each name belongs to a family member being helped by our O'Fallon St. Vincent de Paul ministry.
Children 18 and younger will receive 3 gifts of their choice.
Adults will receive one gift card of their choice for a minimum of $25 (you may choose to give more).
Because of the economy, please be GENEROUS this year in gift card amounts.

SELECT & SUBMIT
Click the box next to gift or gifts you would like to select and purchase. When you are done choosing, be sure to hit the Submit and Sign Up button at the bottom of the page. You will then get a confirmation email listing the gifts you have chosen.
SHOP FOR THE GIFT
If ordering gifts online, please make sure they will be delivered before Sunday, December 15.
WRAP & PUT ON LABEL
Wrap the gift or gift card (no bows or ribbons). Fill out a tag, including the
Family #, Recipient’s Name, and Gift. Securely tape the tag to the OUTSIDE of the gift.

RETURN BY SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15
Gifts can be returned any time between December 7-15 to the Gathering Space.
The SVDP team will have to shop for any missing items not returned.

Don't Forget the Tag!

VERY IMPORTANT:
In order to make sure each gift is given to the right individual, a tag MUST be securely taped on the OUTSIDE of the wrapped gift.
Each tag must include:
THE FAMILY #, NAME, AND GIFT
