11:45-noon: arrival and set up: Families arrive and set up their picnic lunch by their vehicle -- park facing east and leaving every other space open; pull through to second space when you can 12:00: Welcome and Deacon Dennis leads a blessing for food and students and then Blessing of Bibles (Students, especially fifth graders and new students in grades 6-8, are invited to the front near the pavilion if they are comfortable doing so) 12:20: Eat lunch and meet the teachers and pick up books at your own pace (teacher locations on attached map) Families note: If you plan to just pick up books and meet the teachers and not eat lunch, you might want to park closer to the large grass island so you are not driving through the picnic area. Be very careful entering and exiting the parking area.
