Each weekend I am blessed to meet new parishioners and/or visitors after Mass at St. Clare Parish. I have been edified to learn that, even with all the limits due to COVID since last March, we are blessed to have had 65 new households register as new members of our parish. I am inspired by those of you who have either moved into our area or joined our parish for other reasons and made it a priority to come to Mass.
For those who are new, I apologize that we have not been able to offer you all the ‘normal’ ministries of hospitality that help us get to know you better and for you to meet other parishioners.
On our parish website, you will also see the many ministries that we offer for parishioners to share their talents and gifts. In a ‘post-COVID’ world, you will also be able to discover all the ministries we offer for young parents and children. And we have so many other ministries for all ages, from ‘senior age’ to young adults to youth. Please check out our website and contact one of our staff members about ministries that interest you, so we can either get you connected now or in the near future.
Even though, at this time, we are unable to socialize much before or after Mass in our big Gathering Space and new Fellowship Hall, if you do see a ‘new set of eyes’ above the mask, be sure to introduce yourself to someone you have not yet met.
